Multi-processor system locks up.
Running NT Server
100% CPU utilization on Multi-processor Windows NT Server Systems.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows NT 4.0

CAUSE:
System memory settings incorrect.
FIX:
To unlock the system:
1) Go to Control Panel > System Properties/Performance tab > Application Performance and make sure that the performance boost is not set to "None".
2) In Control Panel > Network Services > Server > Properties, change the server setting to Minimize Memory Used.
