FIX:
A Progress Secure AppServer license includes the Secure AppServer and a Secure AppServer Internet Adapter (AIA) to deploy over HTTPS.
WebClient and Progress Clients come with root certificates that are placed in the install-dir/certs (e.g. $DLC/certs) directory.
If the AppServer instance is being deployed on a separate box a Secure AIA license is necessary.
