Kbase 20416: SonicMQ broker.ini parameter DEFAULT_ROUTING_ACCEPTOR

SUMMARY:

This solution applies to Progress SonicMQ Version 3.x, and discusses a
potentially confusing server initialization file (broker.ini)
parameter.

EXPLANATION:

The server initialization parameter DEFAULT_ROUTING_ACCEPTOR is
actually not a routing default acceptor. It is the routing acceptor
used to reconnect to a remote node to resolve indoubt messages.
Indoubt messages are messages which have been forwarded to a remote
node but which have not been acknowledged within the time specified
by the server initialization parameter INDOUBT_TIMEOUT, as would
happen when the original conection to the remote node has been lost.
