FIX:
The Actuate Sample Application can be found in the install disk for Actuate e.Reporting Server under the SAMPLEAPP directory.
Run the Setup.exe from the SAMPLEAPP directory to install the sample application.
The Actuate products e.Reporting Server, ReportCast and Desktop should already be installed prior to the install of the sample application.
