If you are trying to start an AppServer broker and you experience the following error:
Could not create process for executable
f:\dlc\bin\_proapsv.exe.
Initialization time-out failure. (5557)
check whether you are using spaces for the value of -logname parameter like "Human Resource Application". This could possibly be the reason for the error.
