Conversion fails with error.
conversion: mkschema failure, error code = .\n (7298)
PROUTIL CONV89 utility is being used.
Mkschema is not corrupted
There is sufficient permissions to execute mkschema
CAUSE:
The mkschema process is unable to be fork/exec'd properly from the proutil/conv89 process. Most likely there is not enough memory to execute the process.
FIX:
Increase memory availability.
