Running Netscape Web Server
(X) Connection failure for host <hostname> port <port#> transport HTTP
Connection to Progress Appserver is via AIA and Netscape
4GL web-enabled Client has been idle for over 5 minutes
CAUSE:
Netscape HTTP Persistent Connection Timeout value differs from the AIA Idle Connection Timeout value. This causes Netscape to Time out before the AIA which leaves the client thread locked.

The Netscape HTTP Persistent Connection Timeout must be changed.
Follow these steps to change the Netscape HTTP Persistent Connection Timeout:
1) Start the Netscape Administrator.
2) Select the web server to manage.
3) Select Performance Tuning (under Preferences in the left frame.)
4) Scroll down the right frame until the HTTP Persistent Connection Timeout and add the new value (3600 - for 60 minutes).
5) Save and apply your changes.
