s/e 1605 1596 preprocessing HLI embedded SQL - file format
While running sqlcpp on embedded SQL code, may get erroneous s/e 1605
"error in variable declaration section" and/or s/e 1596 "unmatched end
declare or error in declare section" if the file format is other than
carriage-control. Check file format for <cr><lf> and convert to <cr>
only.
