Ixbuild was aborted
Unable to reactivate indexes
CHANGE:
Index rebuild started, then stopped or aborted
CAUSE:
When idxbuild process is aborted, there is no way to re-activate the indexes from any other Progress tool.
FIX:
Re-run the index rebuild.
FIX:
Restore from backup.
