Where to find the conv78 utility in Progress 9.x that allows for conversion from Progress 7.x to 9.x without the use of Version 8.x?
FACT(s) (Environment):

Progress 9.x
FIX:
When converting from Progress 7.x to 9.x, you must run conv78 first in order to eventually convert to Progress 9.x. The conv78 utility can be located int he $DLC/bin/83dbutils directory of your Progress installation. This directory is only created if a complete installation choice was selected. Once you run conv78, you can use the standard conv89 utility to continue the upgrade of your database to Progress 9.x.
