TRIGGERS ON CURSOR-UP AND CURSOR-DOWN
In Version 7, if you define a trigger on a widget for a navigational
key, such as cursor-up or cursor-down, the trigger fires, but the
cursor-up or cursor-down action is not applied to the widget. For
example, if you define a trigger for cursor-up on an editor widget,
the trigger fires but the cursor does not actually move up a line
in the editor widget.
