Accelerator keys on pop-up menus only work on Motif, not Win
You can define accelerator keys on pop-up menus through the User
Interface Builder for both MS Windows and Motif. However, accelerator
keys only work for Motif. You can create an accelerator key for a
pop-up menu on MS-Windows, then port to Motif with this functionality.
