SYMPTOM(s):
Error trying to create a Progress database
Unable to copy source or target database, because we couldn't connect to it. (8265)
Working directory is a sub-directory of the Progress installation directory.
CAUSE:
This is expected behaviour. No user-defined objects (databases, programs etc) can reside in the Progress installation directory or any of its subdirectories.
FIX:
Create a working directory outside of the installation directory.
