GOAL:
How to use a DTD to build dynamic temp tables
FIX:
Unfortunately there is currently no way to retrieve the DTD for an XML document so that can be converted to dynamic temp tables from the definition due to a limitation in DOM Level 1 and the parser Progress is using.
