CAUSE:
Norton AntiVirus will cause conflicts when Microsoft Word 2000 is accessed through Progress.
FIX:
1. Go to Start > Run
2. Enter the command:
"regsvr32.exe /i "c:\program files\navnt\officeav.dll""
