GOAL:
Where to start when troubleshooting WebClient startup issues.
FIX:
Look in the prowcini log file to determine the startup command that is being used to launch WebClient. The name of the log file is _<AppName>.log where <AppName> equals the first seven (7) characters of the application name. This file should be in the application directory.
