PROUPDT utility is really 'PROGRESS Setup' for Windows 7.2A
The Windows Installation Notes for 7.2A mentions
a utility called PROUPDT to update an expiration
date or change the number of users for a currently
installed product. This executable/script does not
exist for Windows, only for Unix.
The customer should be using the icon in their Progress
group names 'PROGRESS Setup' instead. It re-runs
'setup.exe' with the -u option.
As a side note, we are currently not using the
'number of users' feature, but will start to shortly.
