SYMPTOM(s):
ProxyGen appears to hang while generating ActiveX proxies.
FIX:
It seems that the first time the compiler is invoked, it goes through
an optimization phase that can take as long as 20 to 30 minutes.
Since there is nothing Progress can do about this optimization that
Microsoft's compiler goes through, it is suggested that you let ProxyGen run until the generation is complete.
