Through contractual arrangement, IONA Technologies now provides
front-line and back-line assistance to all Progress Software customers who have iPAS issues.

Progress believes that this will benefit our customers by allowing
them to work directly with the developer of the iPAS product when questions or problems arise.

From now on, Progress customers with iPAS technical support issues may log these directly with IONA. For fastest service, IONA recommends that issues be emailed to support@iona.com.
