V7: Problem With Sub Menu Title Not Being Displayed
If you create a sub menu item and you don't enable the widget,
PROGRESS displays "Submenu" rather than the label that you specified.
Set the SENSITIVE attribute of the widget to TRUE to display the
label that you gave the widget.
