SYMPTOM(s):
Schema holder is not created when running Pro-to-SQL to a MS SQL Server database.
"There are no objects in the select MSS database that satisfy the selected criteria".
The Pro-to-SQL process starts, but fails with error when the schema holder is being built.
Logging in as a non SA user of the database

CAUSE:
This migration problem is a permission issue with SQL server, the default permissions are not enough
FIX:
Performing the migration as SA or as a DBO user with almost all the optional permissions works correctly
