Progress Explorer does not allow the user to set EVTLEVEL
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.x
FIX:
Define the EVTLEVEL at the operating system level. Do not use the -evtlevel parameter in the startup.pf file of the server since it is a client session parameter.
Using the parameter in the startup.pf file prevents user from logging into the database.
