Kbase 20041: Error in installation mmc.exe and HTML help files error

SUMMARY:
When installing Progress V9.1x on WinNT 4.0there are two applications that are required to successfully run Progress Explorer.
The first one is the Microsoft Management Consol (MMC) version 1.1.
The second one is the Microsoft HTML help version 1.22.
If these fail to install correctly during the installation you will receive errormessages informing you that these need to be installed.
SOLUTION:
If you encounter this error you may copy two files from an existing and successful Progress installation or contact Progress Technical Support Centre to ask them to send you the files. Note you need to execute the files once copied over.
The files are located in the following directory of a successful Progress installation Driveletter:\Progress Directory Name\Bin\3party.
The two files that need to be copied over to the unsuccessful installation are immc.exe (this file will install Microsoft Management Console Version 1.1) and hhupd.exe (this file will update the HTML help files)

If you are running Win2000 the Microsoft Management Console Version (MMC) 1.1 is not sufficient, you will need MMC Version 1.2. You may download this file from Microsoft's Web page. The current Web Page is:
