SUMMARY:
This solution applies to Progress SonicMQ Version 2000.x Enterprise Edition. In some cases, the InterBroker connection in SonicMQ appears to work but InterBroker clustering does not. The problem is a network
configuration issue.
SOLUTION:
In order for clustering to function correctly, the fully-qualified domain name of the Configuration Server must be able to be contacted. All the machines that run a SonicMQ broker and that are part of a cluster must be configured to be part of the same domain.
