GOAL:
Case Sensitivity issues within the protermcap file when using MAP phrase.
FIX:
When using the "MAP <ProtermcapEntry>" phrase of the OUTPUT to statement it is important to note that the protermcap entry name is case sensitive and must match the entries in the protermcap file.
For any given entry in the protermcap file, the name of the entry is normally given in either all uppercase or all lowercase but not in mixed case.
The protermcap entry will not be found if you use mixed case.
