SYMPTOM(s):
Error: The application server service table has been previously defined
Error running a SmartObject based application with an AppServer.
CAUSE:
Necessary file not physically located on AppServer Box
FIX:
Copy the files from either $DLC/tty/adm2 or $DLC/gui/adm2 to the AppServer box (in a directory listed on the PROPATH).
