AS/400 error message unexpected code 17,31, or 40
When trying to establish a connect to the AS/400 from a PC, if you
encounter this error check:
Config.PCS file for the line TRAS (n) the number should be 2.
Check the startup parameters and check that the Host Name and the
System Name are correct.
This errors means that the AS/400 could not be found, and these would
be the most likley places to check.
