Webspeed error from messenger process (6019)
Messenger: Internal command access denied. (6368)
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
In WebSpeed 3.1, the WSMAdmin utility is now disabled by default to provide better security.
FIX:
You must enable the WSMAdmin tool.
There are two methods to enable this property.
Method 1 - Through the ubroker.properties file
Method 2 - Through the Progress Explorer interface.
