BUG 93-05-18-053
There is a problem with the PROGRESS editor PUT (save) function with
6.2L15 on Alpha AXP. The put function will insert carriage returns in
unexpected places when writing the file out to disk. The workaround
is to create an fdl with record format of stream_lf and, after PUTting
the file and exiting the PROGRESS editor, use convert/fdl to reinstate
the stream_lf record format on the file.
This will be fixed in 6.2N.
