SYMPTOM(s):
Client/Server clients hang
Database has more than 240 extents
CAUSE:
Although Progress supports databases with up to 256 extents, a bug has been recorded where client server clients have experienced hangs with connections to databases that have over 240 extents.
FIX:
Reconstruct the database structure to lower the number of extents.
