Kbase 19863: _osprint and Passing Frame Handle

SYMPTOM(s):
You cannot pass a frame handle to _osprint.p and have the fonts work.
CAUSE:
ProPrint.DLL (the DLL that _osprint.p runs) sends a message to the window specified by parent window. The window then fills in the requested font information and passes it back to ProPrint.DLL
FIX:
Only a Progress Window Widget can to do this. A Progress Frame Widget cannot interpret the _osprint.p command and ignores it, consequently the font information is not filled in correctly.
