GOAL:
Can an after image (AI) extent's "empty" status be re-set?
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.X
UNIX
Windows
FIX:
When Progress marks an after image (AI) extent "empty", it relocates the highwater mark of the specific extent to the first block in the extent. Once this operations has been completed, there is no way to undo the operation. This occurs because Progress does not maintain the initial high water location. In other words, Progress can not determine how much of the original AI extent was full before the rfutil utility marked it as empty.
