This solution applies to Progress SonicMQ Version 2000.x and 3.x.
SonicMQ implements message selectors differently depending on which
messaging domain is used.
In the Publish/Subscribe messaging domain, message selectors are tested on the client.
In the Point-to-Point messaging domain, message selectors are tested
on the broker.
