SYMPTOM(s):
Error occurs when creating a schema holder against a DB2 db
[MERANT][ODBC DB2 Driver][DB2]SQL0805N Package "TEST.QECSV1" was not found. SQLSTATE=51002
CAUSE:
The error means the QECSV1.BND file is either not registered or registered but not accessible for DB2 users.
FIX:
The files are located in the Progress directory %DLC%\bin\odbc\db2. Register the QECSV1.BND file and make sure that all users have accessbility to it on the DB2 database side.
