FIX:
The 3.5 SQL-92 driver is embedded within the Progress 9.0B Client License.
The 3.6 SQL-92 driver is embedded within the Progress 9.1A Client License and is not available for 9.0B.
The SQL-89 drivers are not automatically shipped with the Progress media is considered an "orderable" package that is installed separately and must be specifically requested.
Currently, Progress only ships the most recent SQL-89 driver directly to customers.
Therefore 3.5 ODBC SQL-89 Drivers must be obtained through DataDirect.
The 3.6 SQL-89 Driver can be obtained through Progress.
