Could not complete the operation because the service provider does not
support it.
Error code: 0x80020009 process-web-request HtmlSendmail.w (5890)

Unable to perform the operation. The server is not available. Contact
your administrator if this condition persists. Could not complete the
operation because the service provider does not support it.
Error code: 0x80020009 process-web-request HtmlSendmail.w (5890)
CAUSE:
These errors are caused by the AdminServer which, runs by default under the System account. The System account has limited privileges and cannot access shared and networked resources.
FIX:
Change the user account for the AdminServer to logon with a specific account that has network rights.
