Slow AppServer Connection with Win95 Clients
CAUSE:
When using the Progress AppServer, a Windows 95 client can be significantly slower than a Windows 98/Windows NT client.
This can be caused by some incompatibilities with versions of Windows Sockets prior to 2.0.
The change to Windows Sockets 2.0 (Winsock 2) results in a significant performance improvement in the AppServer connection.
