EndJob SubSystem QCMN with Lan FastPath LFP B900-3F10
When LFP is started by using the Progress Command PROSTRLFP, a job
name of PROSERVER is issued and runs under the subsystem QCMN.
You cannot end this job with IBM's option 4-END.
You must use Progress Command PROMNGLFP with ACTION parameter set to
*END and FORCE parameter set to *YES, the default is *NO.
This acts in the same way as ENDJOB *IMMED from IBM.
Once the job is killed, you can then end the subsystem QCMN, with
IBM's ENDSBS *IMMED command.
If you do not end the LFP this way you will not be able to end the
subsystem - it will give a message that it's ending but it will not.
You could also see in the JOBLOG an error of MCH3601 "pointer not set
for location referenced".
If you Power Down the System(PWRDWNSYS) while the PROSERVER job is
active, it is highly probable that the system will not power back up
and the following reference code will be displayed on the system:
B900-3F10.
