INTRODUCTION: When color (s) are modified within the "WinChar Colors" section in the V9.1A progress.ini file, changes are not preserved when using the character client in conjunction with the basekey parameter; _progres -basekey "INI" -ininame progress.ini.

REPRODUCE PROBLEM:
1. Scroll down to the "WinChar Colors" section within the Progress.ini file
-Edit Color0 (from existing Color0=WHITE/BLUE "NORMAL") to "RED/WHITE" (note that any color selection can be made with this test)
-Save changes
2. Run _progres -basekey "INI" -ininame C:\dlc91A\bin\progress.ini

Also, note that the path of the progress.ini is irrelevant in this case

EXPECTED RESULTS:
All changes made within the WinChar Colors section are preserved. The character client has a white background with the upper and lower title menu bar (s) displayed in red characters.

ACUTAL RESULTS:
The changes made within WinChar Colors section are not preserved. The character client has a blue background with the upper and lower title menu bar (s) displayed in white characters. THIS IS THE DEFAULT SETTING

WORKAROUND:
1. Rename the Progress.ini file, for example to test.ini
2. Run _progres -basekey "INI" -ininame C:\dlc91A\bin\test.ini
** OR **
1. Edit Registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE under V9.1A WinChar Colors to selected color settings.

Other Conditions:
1. This does not only occur with Color0, but also Color1, Color2, Color3 and Color4.
