When trying to create or open a structured procedure from the AppBuilder, if the error:
Specified ActiveX control is not registered or the .ocx file was moved from where it was registered.
Error occurred in procedure: control_load aduib/_tview.w (6087)
is seen then it may be necessary to register the ocx control which is used by the structured procedure source code (sstree.ocx) and is supplied by Progress. To register the control select:
Start
Run
regsvr32 <path to Progress install>DLC/bin/system/sstree.ocx
