CAUSE:
Progress cannot locate the .wrx file directory.
FIX:
Verify whether you saved the Progress Windows version .wrx, .w, and .r files on the same machine where the application was developed. By default, the UIB/AppBuilder assumes that .wrx files are in the same directory location as the .W file.
If you have the .wrx file from the .w file, ensure that either the .wrx file can still be located via the PROPATH, or that you have changed the location of the .wrx file via the UIB/AppBuilder's Procedure property sheet.
