Starting with version 9.1A the generation of ActiveX proxies from ProxyGen requires that you have the Microsoft Java SDK Version 3.2 or higher installed.
Failure to have the appropriate SDK installed may cause the following error when generating an ActiveX proxy:
File <A>.tlb is not relative to base directory <B>/tmpxxxxxxxx.
