SUMMARY:
This solution applies to WebSpeed version 3.
There might be some instances when the error 8452 can be caused by other issues, not just licensing or .cfg file issues.
ERROR : Not licensed to run this product(8452)
It can occur due to wrong host name in the AdminServer and misconfiguration of WebSpeed properties.
The problem might be that the Host Name in AdminServer is wrong. Also, some other WebSpeed properties might not be set correctly.
Check your broker's configuration.
