Kbase 19430: SonicMQ:Do not remove all users/groups in the Admin. group

In SonicMQ 2000, when modifying the Administrator group through Explorer or the admin command line tool, please make sure you do NOT remove all the users/groups which are members of the Administrator group. If you do then you will be unable to administer SonicMQ.
