Kbase 19426: SonicMQ: Connection Refused Error in Explorer

SUMMARY:
The following error might occur when you create a connection within Progress Explorer:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: Connection
refused.
This occurs when the SonicMQ 2000.x broker or 3.x server is not
running on the host and port you specified when you attempt to connect.
SOLUTION:
Start the SonicMQ broker or server and verify the host and port(s) on which it is running. You should then be able to connect to it via that host and port without error.
