FIX:
In WebSpeed 3.1x, the WSMAdmin tool is disabled by default.
There are two methods to enable this property.
Method 1 - Through the ubroker.properties file
Method 2 - Through the Progress Explorer interface.
Method 1:
Manually edit the ubroker.properties file in the general messengers section, [WebSpeed.Messengers.CGIIP], [WebSpeed.Messengers.WSISA], and WebSpeed.Messengers.WSNSA] and set:
AllowMsngrCmds=1
and Save the file.
Please note that the general messenger section [WebSpeed.Messengers] must not be changed and you must override this value in the specific messenger sections to allow access to the WSMAdmin utility. By default, it is disabled with value of 0 as AllowMsngrCmds=0
Method 2:
In the Progress Explorer, right click on the messenger that you are using and select "Properties". Under "Advanced Features" click on the "Internal Administration Command" button so that a check mark appears and press OKAY.
To disable this feature, simply unclick the button and press OKAY.
