SUMMARY:
This solution applies to WebSpeed 2.1
Running a WebSpeed query from the command line, like:
wtbman -i <brokername> -q
shows the year of x.x.99 rolled over to x.x.100.
this in turn pushes the time listing out of its' field, truncating the time minutes by one digit.
A sample printout of this effect follows:

Notice, as designated by the carats (^) the year date of 100 and only the "ten" digit showing in the minutes column.
This was found and patched in early August of 1999 by "quicky" patches. For example: HP-UX patch = ws21hpuxq1
SOLUTION:
The customer should update their WebSpeed 2.1 installation with the latest patch. These patches can be found on our Web site at:
