GOAL:
How to display SubTotals along with Totals in a report.
FIX:
1) Start Results and connect to the Sports Database.
2) Select Query > New > Report from the menu bar.
3) Select the Customer table and add it to Selected Tables. Click OK.
4) Select Cust-num, City and Country and add it to Selected Fields. Click OK.
5) At the top of the menu, select Data > Sort Ordering, and for this example select the Country field from the Available Fields list and add it to Selected Fields. Click OK.
6) At the top of the menu, select Field > Aggregates and select sports.customer.country in the Field Aggregates list. Then select sports.customer.country in the Break-By Fields list. Click OK.
7) Select Print Preview.
The generated print-out shows that the report is sorted by Country and also shows a SubTotal count of each country.
