SYMPTOM(s):
Promon displays year as 100 instead of 2000.
Prolib displays year as 100 instead of 2000.
CAUSE:
This is only a display issue. It WILL NOT affect database integrity.
This is a known y2k issue which has been addressed in Progress 7.3E Y2K.

FIX:
Fixed in Progress 7.3E Y2K
