The Release notes and instructions installation for LINUX intel Progress patch 8.3B21 does not include the instruction for extracting from the CDROM
For extracting the patch files from the CDROM use the following command
tar xvf mount-point/83b21.tar
To copy the patch files into the appropriate directories:
cp -r dlc/* $DLC
If your OS does not support the "-r" option for the "cp" command, use "copy":
copy -rom dlc/* $DLC
